#5447-This company supplies metal stamped components to Tier 1 automotive suppliers. They have been in existence for over 60 years and has sustained a track record of continued growth over the last 20 years. We have an immediate need for a second-shift Stamping Manager. The facility is located just outside Chicago, IL. This position will be responsible for the direction and leadership of 40 associates. The facility is non-union. The position will be responsible for meeting daily production goals and producing high quality products. Ensuring a safe work environment, motivating and leading associates and problem resolution are significant goals of this job. Candidates must have 5+ years of metal stamping experience in an automotive manufacturing environment. A solid track record of leadership experience as well as technical knowledge is required. The ability to work second-shift is a MUST. Local candidates are highly preferred. Submit Candidate Data Form for this position.
