Production Supervisor

#5523-Our client company is a supplier to the automotive industry and has an immediate need for a 3rd shift Production Supervisor. The facility is located in Central Kentucky, just minutes from Lexington. The candidate will be responsible for conforming to all production standards, quality and delivery. Will also be in charge of manning, training and the development of team members as well as promoting positive employee relations. Successful candidate will maintain a safe work environment. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred. Previous automotive experience is highly preferred. Must have exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
