This position requires a bachelors degree in mechanical or electrical engineering and at least 5+ years experience with paint processes. Must have the ability to improve yields, efficiency and capacity of processes, develop/conduct design of experiments, troubleshoot manufacturing process equipment and must have a proven track record in a very fast paced environment.
