Successful candidate must have at least 5 years of manufacturing experience and either a BSME or BSEE. Previous experience with plastic extrusion and wire and cable experience helpful. Successful candidate should have at least 3 years of plant supervisory experience with excellent knowledge of PLC's, automotive, QS and FMEA.
